What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, debit and credit cards.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • No charge for cancellations up to 30 days before the day of arrival.
  • For cancellations from 30 days to 48 hours before the arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to refund or not the deposit (the refund (if any) may be total or partial and will depend on the timing of your notice);
  • For cancellations from 48 hours before the arrival are non-refundable.

Are gluten-free meals available?
Unfortunately no, we don't have a Gluten-Free Dining.

Are pets welcome?
Yes, Hotel Condor accepts pets of all sizes with no extra charge.

When I send an email, how long should I wait for a response?
Usually emails are handled within 24 hours. If you still haven't received a reply within 48 hours, probably a sending/receiving problem has occurred and we invite you to contact us again, also by phone.
